The community of Žiobiškis was established on 1st of March, 2005. In the same year it already had 18 community members. Between 2005-03-01 and 2009-03-31 chairperson of community was Danas Stočkus. Between 2009-03-31 and 2011-03-02 in this position was Aleksandras Melnikovas, in theese years there were 15 members of community. Since 2011-03-02 the chairperson is Virginija Ardavičienė.
Now there are 56 members of community: 38 – female, 18- male, 1 – youth (until 25 years old).
